Sabrina Chandrani
As the daughter of small business owners, I spent my career working with businesses of all sizes with the ultimate goal of leading one myself. At Accenture, I advised large public corporations on strategic goals that helped them operate more efficiently, managing multimillion-dollar projects and teams of diverse professionals. Later, my entrepreneurial roots brought me to young companies as an early hire, where I created and unified teams under a shared vision, led sales and growth, and drove operational excellence. Meanwhile, in the background, my grandfather’s experience in hospice deeply influenced me, sparking a personal commitment to aging and end-of-life care.
I decided to make it my mission to bring my passion, energy, and dedication to partner with an exceptional owner in senior care - transition the business, honor their hard work, and carry on their legacy. After getting my master's in business from Stanford University, I founded Crescent Partners with a team of mentors who ran businesses themselves as CEOs and board members
