As the daughter of small business owners, I spent my career working with companies of all sizes, always with the goal of leading one myself. I believe strong businesses led with purpose create economic opportunity and build more resilient communities. I launched Crescent Partners to operate a great company in partnership with a founder—preserving their legacy while continuing to grow what they’ve built.

My entrepreneurial roots run deep. I grew up helping in my parents’  convenience stores in upstate NY— learning firsthand grit, humility, and respect for the work it takes to build something lasting. 

At Accenture, I managed multimillion-dollar projects for Fortune 500 clients, driving operational improvements and strategic initiatives. I later joined early-stage companies in sleep medicine, childcare, and hospice—helping them scale teams, streamline operations, and grow.

Throughout my life, I’ve watched family members pour themselves into businesses they started from scratch. That exposure drives my approach to succession; one grounded in responsibility and a long-term view. I founded Crescent Partners with a team of mentors—entrepreneurs, business owners, and investors—who share this vision.

I hold an Economics degree from NYU and an MBA from Stanford GSB. Outside of work, I enjoy weightlifting, salsa, Vipassana meditation, and time with my family and friends.
